1. License
Turnly is licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Terms & Conditions, and Apple’s applicable App Store terms, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Turnly on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or exploit Turnly except as permitted by applicable law.
You may not use Turnly for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, gambling, betting, lottery, raffle, sweepstakes, or regulated chance-game activity.
3. Ownership and User Content
All app design, branding, software, features, content, website assets, and related intellectual property belong to the app owner or applicable licensors.
You remain responsible for any names, labels, schedules, wheel entries, or other content you enter into Turnly.
4. Updates and Third-Party Services
Turnly may provide updates, bug fixes, feature changes, or subscription-gated features over time. Some functionality may rely on Apple App Store services, iOS notifications, widgets, or RevenueCat purchase verification.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turnly is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, secure, or always-available operation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use or inability to use Turnly.
7. Apple Standard EULA
If Turnly uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, that agreement applies unless a custom EULA is published and validly accepted.
