1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Turnly, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. App Purpose
Turnly is provided as a utility and entertainment tool for organizing turns, chores, recurring rotations, reminders, widgets, and random selections.
You are responsible for how you configure and use the app, including names, schedules, rotation rules, wheel entries, and decisions made from app results.
3. Responsible Use and No Gambling
Turnly’s decision wheel is for casual utility and entertainment only.
You must not use Turnly to operate gambling, betting, wagers, paid games of chance, illegal lotteries, raffles, sweepstakes, prize contests, casino-style activities, or any activity involving money, tokens, credits, goods, services, rewards, or anything else of value where chance determines an outcome.
Turnly does not create, sponsor, administer, verify, or supervise any contest, drawing, lottery, raffle, promotion, or game of chance. The app owner accepts no responsibility for user misuse.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Turnly may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store.
Prices, billing periods, trial availability, renewal terms, and included features are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or as otherwise required by Apple’s terms.
Purchases, billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple. Turnly does not directly process payment cards or control App Store refund decisions.
5. Reliability
Turnly is not a professional scheduling, compliance, emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical tool.
Reminders, notifications, widgets, scheduling, purchase verification, and rotation calculations may be delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, or affected by device settings, iOS behavior, subscription status, or user configuration.
6. Intellectual Property
Turnly’s app design, branding, software, features, website, and related intellectual property belong to the app owner or applicable licensors.
You retain responsibility for any names, labels, schedules, or other content you enter into the app.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turnly is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The app owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including missed reminders, incorrect decisions, scheduling errors, subscription access issues, or consequences from misuse of the app.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Changes and Contact
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Turnly at any time, subject to applicable law and App Store rules.
