1. Overview
Turnly, also known as Sıra Kimde, is an iOS utility and entertainment app for fair turn tracking, chore rotations, reminders, widgets, and random decision-making.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, precise location, contacts, health data, financial account numbers, or government identifiers.
2. Data We Handle
Rotation names, participant names, schedules, history, notification preferences, widget selections, and wheel entries are generally stored locally on your device.
Where needed, Turnly may store a small widget snapshot in shared App Group storage so iOS widgets can display current turn information.
If you contact support, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to provide.
3. Purchases and Service Providers
Turnly may process limited information necessary to operate premium subscriptions, including App Store purchase status, product identifiers, receipt or entitlement status, and subscription metadata.
Payments are handled by Apple, not by Turnly. Premium access may be verified through Apple and RevenueCat. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to provide app functionality, maintain subscriptions, show reminders and widgets, respond to support requests, improve reliability, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Your Choices
You can delete locally stored app data by deleting the app, removing widgets, or changing available settings inside iOS and Turnly.
Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled through your Apple Account and the App Store.
6. Children
Turnly is not intended for children under 13 or for users below the minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Turnly after changes means you accept the updated policy.
